Renowned worship artist Aime Uwimana is set to perform again in the United States at a highly anticipated concert organized by fellow artist Nice Ndatabaye. The concert, "Intimate Worship Session 2," will take place in Indianapolis, Indiana, on August 18, 2024. Aime Uwimana from Rwanda and Adrien Misigaro, based in the US, are the special guests.
The concert is a
follow-up to Ndatabaye's performance in Rwanda at the Crown Conference Hall in
Kigali on September 29, 2023. That event, named "Intimate Worship Session
1," featured guests like Dr. Ipyana from Tanzania. Nice Ndatabaye, who is
hosting the upcoming US concert, expressed his excitement about working with
Uwimana again, highlighting their collaboration on the song "Uri Hejuru."
Nice Ndatabaye revealed
plans for future collaborations with Aime Uwimana, including multiple
performances in the US under the "Intimate Worship Tour" banner. He
praised Uwimana's experience and influence in the gospel music scene,
emphasizing his role in pioneering worship teams and gospel artistry.
The concert aims to
provide an immersive worship experience, with both Nice Ndatabaye and Aime
Uwimana encouraging attendees to come prepared to worship and celebrate.
Ndatabaye also mentioned the concert would feature live recordings of new
songs, creating an album from the event. Tickets are available for $30 and $50
for VIP access.
