Louise Mushikiwabo, the executive secretary of OIF (Organisation International de la Francophonie) visited Rwandan tourism stands on 28th February 2019 in FESPACO, the festival which is taking place in the city of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso.
Arriving in Burkina Faso, Louise Mushikiwabo and her delegation visited Rwandan stands. On these stands, Rwandans presented the tourism sector, encouraging people to visit Rwanda and presenting products that are made in Rwanda to foreigners.

On this very day, occurred the debate on the development of Rwandan movies. This debate was directed by Joel Karekezi and Dusabejambo Clementine who have movies which are competing in this festival.
“Inanga” a movie scripted by Jean Claude Uwiringiyimana was the third Rwandan movie to be screened in this festival.
