The former Rwanda Police Spokesperson, CP John Bosco Kabera, has been replaced in the role of spokesperson for Rwanda Police.
In a
statement released by the Rwanda Police on Tuesday, it was announced that the
Rwanda Police Spokesman CP John Bosco Kabera has been replaced by ACP Boniface
Rutikanga.
In the announcement, the National Police announced that ACP Boniface Rutikanga is in charge of the Department of Media and Public Relations and is the new spokesperson of the Rwanda Police.
