Moses Turahirwa, the founder of Moshions fashion house, is going to appeal the decision of the Nyarugenge District Court to jail him for 30 days.

Model Moses Turahirwa who is known as Moshions in the entertainment industry, especially in the fashion industry, has appeared at the Nyarugenge High Court where he is going to appeal the decision to jail him for 30 days.

This decision was taken by the Nyarugenge Court of First Instance on May 15, 2023, saying that he should be investigated for the crimes of using fake documents and using drugs while imprisoned in the Nyarugenge Main Prison in Mageragere.

In a black jacket, Iroza's clothes were worn by the prisoner, and his hair was tied to his hands, and Umunamideri Moses Turahirwa got out of the car carrying the prisoner, and entered the Nyarugenge High Court located in Nyamirambo.

In the case of May 10, 2023, his lawyers, including Maitre Bayisabe Irebe, said that this model went to put out this revised waybill, and he did not intend to do anything wrong because he had the heart to hide the numbers that identify this letter because they are important.

He said that Moses did not change the actual text of the passage but took a photocopy and changed the gender 'M' to 'F' which is feminine, and circulated it on social media as part of the popular 'Burn’.

These professionals concluded by asking the Court to allow him to be monitored outside and to order him not to leave the City of Kigali.

On May 15, the Nyarugenge District Court decided that this young man should be monitored and imprisoned for 30 days.
