Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez and her husband Ben Affleck finally buy the $64 million mansion she wanted for weeks and they are going to move in it shortly.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have officially committed to purchasing the coveted $64 million mansion they were after. The couple was about to buy another property in the same area but backed out at the last minute.
The reason for backing out was that JLo loved the now-purchased property which is also twice as expensive as the one they saw before. "They were supposed to close the escrow last Friday, but just before it was signed, sealed, and delivered, they withdrew". An insider commented.
The mansion is located in a residential neighborhood close to the Pacific Ocean and overlooks the canyon and has enough room for both the Muñiz-Lopez and the Affleck-Garner kids.
