The court in US refused Britney’s demand of letting her father give her back the right to manage herself her fortune.
Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, has managed Britney Spears’ fortune for 12 years since 2008 when she lost her control in drugs and alcohol.
She was looked at as someone who is no longer in control of her actions and at that time, she has been refused her children.
She had been declared, “Mentally troubled” after she refused to let the police take away her children.
Britney Spears’ lawyer stated, “she fears” her father and she will no longer do any concert until her father is no longer managing her fortune.
Jamie Spears’ lawyer on his side, stated, he only acts in her daughter’s interest.
The judge said he will reconsider Britney’s demand in the future.
In the court, Britney Spears’ lawyer said she and her father don’t get along pretty well and they didn’t talk for long but her father’s lawyer stated they don’t talk because Britney’s lawyer forbidden her to do so.
He added that when the father was given the right to manage her daughter’s fortune, she was in millions and millions cases but her fortune risen up to 60 millions of US dollars since then.
Meanwhile, Britney Spears’ fans started what they call "Free Britney" saying she is under her father’s control.
