On national level, University of Tourism Technology and Business Studies (UTB) comes on number 10. And it is number 21315 on world list.  

9. Protestant Institute Of Arts And Social Sciences

Protestant Institute Of Arts And Social Sciences is a private university which is ranked number 9 on national level and 19123 on world list.

 8. Universite Libre de Kigali

Universite Libre de Kigali, better known as ULK, is number 8 on national level and 17914 globally. It was founded in 1996. Its headquarters is in Kigali.

On number 5 comes University of Lay Adventists of Kigali, best known as UNILAK. It is ranked number 1997 on world list.  It was founded in 1997 and its headquarters is based in Kigali city.
