The singer of hymns, Israel Mbonyi has made history by performing in front of thousands of people in a series of concerts aimed at evangelism through his songs.
The musician, whose hits include 'There's life', performed in front of thousands of people on Sunday night, June 11, 2023, at a concert at Birmingham Palace in Belgium.
Israel Mbonyi recently told InyaRwanda that he has done various concerts in Europe so that he feels like home.
At that time he said that he was ready to do big concerts there, and based on his knowledge he could entertain people for three hours.
He said that
at this time he has a desire that the works he and his colleagues make, should
comfort the hearts of many, and help people in different ways.
He said, “I
have a desire in these times that it is not enough to just sing and release
songs, let's see God working in what we are singing. They are people who come
to listen to the message, a person who is sick, who sings and it affects his
life, if he is sad he returns to happiness, if he is unhappy he comes home to
be happy, if something is wrong with him, because he heard the songs that
affect his soul and he changes." In Europe has been like home that there
are Rwandans and other foreigners who fully worship God.
He did this
show after spending days in training with some of the country's singers who
helped him improve his songs.
He did this
a day after announcing that the tickets for the show were 'Sold Out'.
At the time,
he wrote on his Instagram account, praising the residents of the City of
Brussels, saying that 'tonight will be historic’. This artist is preparing to
perform in countries including France, Denmark and other countries.
In the
concert he performed in Belgium, he sang his favorite songs from his first
album to his recently released 5th album called 'Nkumusirikare'
where 10 songs were filmed during his recent concert at the Intare Conference
Arena.
In this
concert, some of the participants were satisfied with the way he sang and
cashed him with money, someone gave him 50 Euros.
