Obesity is one of the complex diseases caused by excessive fat dropped in the body. It isn’t just a cosmetic concern, it is marked as a medical problem that increases the risks of other disease and health problems such as heart diseases diabetes and high blood pressure.

Through the ‘Mayo clinic research’, the experts state that obesity can occur at any age even in young children, but as the age Hormel change and a less active life style increase the risk of obesity.

In addition, the mount of the muscle in the body tend to decrease with age and generally low muscles mass lead to a decrease in metabolism, these changes also reduce chlorine which needs and can make it harder to keep off excess weight. Pregnancy: weight gain is common during   pregnancy.  Some women find this weight difficult to lose after the baby is born. This weight gain may contribute to the development of obesity in women.

Lack of sleep; when you don’t get enough sleep this causes changes in hormones that increase appetite.  You may also crave foods high calories and carbohydrates, which can contribute to weight gain.

Stress; Many external factors that affect mood and well being may contribute to obesity.  People often seek more high calorie food when experiencing stressful situation.

Microbiome, you gut bacteria are affected by what you eat and contribute to weight gain or difficulty losing weight.

Once you face the obesity disease it will lead to different effects like heart diseases, stroke, type 2 diabetes, cancer, digestive problems, sleep apnoea, osteoarthritis.

The experts give the advice of how to prevent and reduce this disease limiting the un healthier food, increasing physical activities, limiting television time, screen time and improving sleep and reducing stress.
