Kylie Jenner Offers a Glimpse at Daughter Stormi’s Colorful 5th Birthday Party

A grand event! Kylie Jenner planned a princess-themed birthday party for her daughter Stormi on Tuesday, January 31.

“Let the rainbow unicorn birthday adventure begin,” Jenner, 25, said in an Instagram video, which featured footage of colorful balloons and decorations.

The reality star, who has a 5-year-old daughter and an 11-month-old boy named Aire with Travis Scott, has continued to post peeks of the celebrations. Jenner became a mother for the first time in February 2018, when she and Scott, 31, announced Stormi's birth.

“I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions,” the Hulu personality wrote via Instagram at the time, referring to her decision to keep the news under wraps. “I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free and healthy way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion, so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”

Jenner kept her fans in the loop the second time around when she welcomed a son in February 2022. After initially revealing her baby boy’s name as Wolf, the TV personality later confirmed she changed her mind.

“We just really didn’t feel like it was him. Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere,” she wrote via her Instagram Story one month after the little one’s arrival.

After expanding her family, Jenner opened up about how she was dealing with postpartum struggles. “It has been really hard for me. I cried nonstop all day for the first three weeks. It is just the baby blues. I had it with Stormi too,” she revealed in an October 2022 episode of The Kardashians. “I cried for, like, three weeks. Like, every day to the point where I would be lying in bed and my head would just hurt so bad.”

She continued: “I learned a lot from my mom and the importance of family. It is the same for all of us — it is all about family. So, we just have a really close relationship. I never force my daughter to do anything. I always give her the option. She’s not leaving her mommy and she gets it. She loves to come with me everywhere.”

Earlier this month, Jenner updated her followers about her son’s new name after teasing the switch. “AIRE,” she captioned an Instagram post on January 21, which included sweet photos of her and her youngest.

The announcement came shortly after Us Weekly broke the news that Jenner and the Cactus Jack founder called it quits again.

“Kylie and Travis are off again, they were supposed to spend the holidays together, but she went to Aspen to be with her family and friends up there,” the insider shared. “This has happened so many times before, they’re known to be on again off again, but always remain friends and great coparents.”

Jenner shared a glimpse at the giveaways at the birthday party on Wednesday. Shirts that read “Stormi Five is Live” and “Aire to the Throne” were handed out to lucky guests.
