The Rwanda National Police has arrested a man for posing as a renown city pastor, so as to fleece money from un suspecting followers.
Marius Kubwimana had since 2011 identified himself through his facebook page, as Apostle Paul Gitwaza Muhirwa, of Kigali Zion Temple Church, which he used to fleece money from people.
The subject who had accumulated over 9100 followers on facebook , was netted while trying to withdraw some of the money fleeced, from an Equity bank account he created under the same name.
Zion Temple has more than 50 partner churches both in Rwanda and abroad, the Kigali church sits over 40,000 people in a single service.
