Rwandan music sensation Rugamba Yverry, better known as Yverry, has recently revealed the profound impact of his mentor and friend, Ruhumuriza James, also known as 'King James', in shaping his illustrious music career spanning over four years.

Announced on Tuesday, April 24, 2024, at Kigali International Airport in Kanombe, Yverry disclosed his upcoming musical ventures, including concert performances scheduled in both Vancouver and Toronto, Canada.

Yverry reminisced about his humble beginnings, acknowledging King James as the guiding light who recognized his potential while he was still a student at the Nyundo School of Music. From offering emotional support to co-producing several songs, King James played a vital role in Yverry's early career development.

Reflecting on the impact of King James on his life, Yverry remarked, "He saw something in me when I was still finding my path. He guided me and believed in me, and now, I'm reaping the rewards of his mentorship."
