Unveil Africa Fest is set to captivate audiences with its rich showcase of Rwandan cultural music and tradition. Scheduled for December 7, 2024, at Kigali Conference and Exhibition Village (Camp Kigali), the festival promises a grand celebration of the country’s heritage, bringing together talented artists rooted in traditional Rwandan music.

Headlining the event are celebrated performers like Ruti Joël, fresh from concerts in Belgium, Victor Rukotana, producer Chrisy Neat, Umukiringitananga Siboyintore, the renowned troupe Itorero Intayoberana, twin duo J-SHA, and Himbaza Club from Burundi. All performances will feature live music by the talented Siblings Band, composed of graduates from Rwanda’s prestigious Nyundo Music School.

Tickets for the festival are uniquely named after Rwanda’s iconic volcanoes, reflecting the cultural essence of the event. Categories include Bisoke (10,000 RWF), Muhabura (25,000 RWF), and Karisimbi (50,000 RWF), each representing the grandeur and historical significance of these natural landmarks. “The ticket names honor Rwanda’s heritage, tying the event to the country’s cultural and historical identity,” explained organizer Mugabo Julius.

Mugabo emphasized the symbolism behind the volcano names, stating, “Rwanda’s volcanoes carry deep historical and cultural meaning. Using these names connects the festival to our roots and offers attendees an opportunity to learn about our country’s heritage while celebrating its artistry.”

Tickets are available online at www.noneho.com and at select locations across Kigali, including Legacy Studio, Uncles Restaurant & Lounge, Kigali Protocol Shop, Kigali Protocol Office, and Camellia – Makuza Plaza.

With its unique blend of music, history, and culture, Unveil Africa Fest aims to close the year with a vibrant celebration, uniting Rwandans and visitors in honoring the nation's artistic legacy.
