The year is about to be down for the few days remaining, Rwanda and music lovers, who have lost their favorite in the R&B genre ,Buravan . who was tasked with building his legacy and campaigning against the rapid increase of cancer in Rwanda and assisting future generations who will choose to enter the Rwandan music industry to a level that seems impossible.
The YB Foundation, according to Ciney Aisha Umwimana, the director of communications at the YB Foundation as she told The New Times, it was launched in honor of Yvan Buravan and is committed to continue its work to preserve the cultural heritage of Rwanda and to protect it through music and art.
In a statement posted on their social media, the YB Foundation said: ‘‘ Time is really fast! As we all continue to miss his extraordinary smile, we are proud of the life, lessons and heritage that Yvan Buravan has left. Come and join us on 17.08.2023 to enjoy the good life that has existed and enjoy the good times he has left to you.’’

The late Buravan, who was diagnosed with the Pancreatic cancer in India on August 17, was known for his charity work with his family and the Kinyarwanda music factory, where he played a key role in international recognition.
