A helicopter has crashed in a commercial area in Nigeria and burst into flames.
On Tuesday
evening, in the Nigerian city of Lagos in the Ikeja area, a Helicopter fell to
the ground and immediately exploded and caught fire.
According to
the spokesperson of Lagos City Government, Ibrahim Farinloye, the plane was
carrying two people who were rescued after the plane had landed, according to
Reuters.
The plane
has 5NCCQ markings and is owned by Airfirst Hospitality and Tour Ltd, according
to the National Emergency Management Agency.
The plane
crashed near the airport when it was about to land at the airport in the area
of Ikeja and two people on board were immediately rescued.
