The government of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil has already introduced a law called 'Viní Jr Law' which will deal with racists (skin color) that often target black players in Spanish league and in Brazil.

Vinicius Junior from Brazil who plays for Real Madrid in the last season of 2022-2023 was racially harassed about 10 times.

The last time he was in the headlines was when Real Madrid played against Valencia at the Mestalla stadium, and in the middle of the game, the fans made a lot of comments about his black skin and compared him to a monkey.

At the Mestalla Stadium in Valencia, after the referee saw what happened to Vinícius Jr and refused to stop the game, the player decided to fight with the fans and wanted to fight with them, but his teammates caught him.

After this event, Vinicius became the trigger of a movement aimed at fighting against racism worldwide, to the point where the State Government of Rio de Janeiro where Viní was born passed a law and named it after him.

It is a law passed in June of this year that remains in writing where it came out this Wednesday even though it had started to be studied a few days after the discrimination.

This law contains a well-researched approach, which refers to the various points that apply in the event of racism at Stadiums and the campaign aimed at eliminating racism problems.

Since Viní's racism, he has not stopped being shown love by many people, especially those in Brazil. At the historic Maracanã Stadium where Vinícius began his professional football journey with Flamengo in 2017, various activities were held to join him, showing him that he is expected to step up to the footsteps of the likes of Pelé, Garrincha and Ronaldo Nazário.

Rafael Picciani, Secretary of Sport in Rio de Janeiro said it was a privilege to be associated with a young man born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, saying: "Beyond his achievements in football, Vinícius has become a symbol of anti-racism in the world. "
