Diamond Arrives in Kigali, His Show is Going to Be on Fire

Tanzanian singing star, Diamond stopped by Kigali this morning before he goes to perform in Burundi. He promised to return in the country with thrilling performance.

People residing in the country best known for having thousand hills and clean city, Rwanda, have been preparing for a huge cultural performance namely Iwacu Muzika Festival expecting to attract famous African artists including Diamond Platnumz. 

This morning, The 'Utanipenda' hit maker stopped by Kigali before he heads to the country bordering with Rwanda, Burundi. He also promised to return to the country, which was once tattered by mass killings against Tusis in 1994 during hundred days. 

''A Boy from Tandari, I am so pleased to return to Kigali and ready to thrill my fans,'' said Diamond, after he jetted to Kanombe International Airport this morning. 

The ex-husband of Ugandan social elite, Zari, and Dad to Tiffah told INYARWANDA that he seeks to hold a press conference in Rwanda's capita prior to his show in Burundi on this Friday -16th August 2019. He promised to return and perform in Iwacu Muzika Festival due on 17th August 2019 in Kigali.
The Wasafi reigning king is going to share stage with Rwandan artists such as Masamba Intore, Bull Dogg, Safi Madiba, Bruce Melody, Queen Cha, Nsengiyumva, Sintex, Bushari, Marina, Amalon, and national dance club ( Urukerereza). The performance is slated to be held on 17th August 2019 at Amahoro national stadium. 

Seats are limited in the performance in case of late bookings

An ordinary seat costs Frw 5 thousand while VIP seat costs Frw 20 thousand but booking in VIPs gives Frw 5 thousand discount. In Kigali, tickets are being sold at Canal+, KCT, UTC, CHIC, TAM TAM (Restaurant in Nyamirambo) and at the entrance of Amahoro national stadium.
