President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame will be hosted in the closing ceremony of FESPACO in Ouagadougou, Burkinafaso on 2nd March 2019. The festival started on the 23rd February 2019 and aims at promoting African movies.
FESPACO is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Jeune
Afrique reported that the government of Rwanda already sent different artists
in this festival to name Nirere Shanel (Miss Shanel), Mani Martin and
Urukerereza troupe.
Jeune Afrique also announced that Rwanda sent different leaders including Minister of Culture and Sport (MINISPOC), Nyirasafari Esperance, the Director of RALC, Dr. Vuningoma James.

According to Jeune Afrique, the President Paul Kagame First Lady Jeannette
Kagame will attend the closing ceremony of FESPACO on 2nd March 2019.
