A nurse in Gahini hospital, kamagaju married a motor driver Jean pierre Habimana also known as Mandela on this Saturday 13th September 2014 in Rukara , Kayonza district.
The issue of kamagaju ‘s true ages was debatable among thousands of attendees:although kamagaju says that she is 52 years old, some people says that she is around 63 since her younger brother is 54 years old.

Though many people contended the difference in age between the two lovers, the wedding went smoothly: people cheered and were delighted in the wedding ceremony.

On a telephone conversation with Inyarwanda.com, Jean Pierre said that he is ready to live with his wife Kamagaju regardless what the majority think; he added that those who think that her wife is too old to be fertile should think of Sarah in the Bible who gave birth while she was very old.
The father of Jean Pierre Habimana, who turns 51 this year, told inyarwanda.com correspondent that he doesn’t want to interfere with his son’s love affairs, but he pointed out that Kamagaju might be older that many people assert since he remember that they grew up together and she was older than him ! If kamagaju’s father in law remembers correctly, then Habimana Jean Pierre married a woman who is older than his own father is!
