Rwandan national team forward and Police FC player, Byiringiro Lague, is set to release a song dedicated to his wife, Uwase Kelia.
Byiringiro announced that the song, produced
by Kompressor,
a producer at 1:55 AM Studio, will be released either on Tuesday night
or Wednesday next week.
“I already have the song, and it will be out on Tuesday night or Wednesday,” he
said. “It’s an audio-only track, and it was produced by Kompressor.”
Despite his focus on football, Byiringiro
revealed that his foray into music is solely for his wife and personal
enjoyment.
He explained, “I don’t have any talent in singing; this is just something I
felt like doing for my wife, mama Isla. I wanted to make her happy. I know she
loves me so much, and I wanted to express that love through this song.”
Byiringiro and his wife, Uwase Kelia, tied
the knot in 2021 and are now proud parents of two children.
With this release, Byiringiro will join the list of Rwandan footballers who have ventured into music. Notably, Haruna Niyonzima once collaborated with the late Jay Polly on a Hip-Hop track
