Renowned fashion designer Sonia Mugabo has made waves in the fashion world with her stylish creations admired by many. Recently, she celebrated her significant role in Rwanda's presidential and parliamentary elections by dressing President Paul Kagame and his wife, Jeannette Kagame.
Sonia expressed her
gratitude for the opportunity to dress the first couple and various artists
during the election campaigns held on July 14-15, 2024. Over the three-week
campaign period, her designs, particularly the "Ni Wowe" t-shirt,
became highly popular and were worn by many influential figures.
