Gasogi United and Heroes Fc Progress into First Division

In the match played at Kigali Stadium, Gasogi United only needed one point to go ahead into division one, because it won the first match against Sorwathe 1-0.

The match was late 3 minutes to begin because schedule shows that it were to start at 15h30' but it started at 15h 33'. Gasogi dominated  Sorwathe in the first-half-time and maintained their spirit until they scored their opening goal on 3rd minute of the match. They kept their mood and continued to attack, looking for more goal opportunity, but made two free kicks which were a failure.   

Sorwathe started the second half-time showing extra desire for goals but still they were unlucky as their striker missed a perfect penalty.

Sorwathe continued to attack  and at that moment they could not miss last chance in the last minutes of the match to payback.  The match ended up in a draw. Gasogi United, then, became victorious to progress into division one since they saved one goal in opening match against Sorwathe. 

                                                     Heroes Fc

A match of Etoile de L' Est against Heroes Fc, began at roughly 3:00Pm as Etoile de L' Est dominated, making several goal attemps  and scored two consective goals in first half-time but referees disapproved them. Guillin Inyange of Etoile de L' Est, with his head, scored an opening goal on 40th minute and the half-time finished without another goal opportunity. 

Etoile de L' Est returned in the field in the second hal-time, exercising so much pressure on backwards of Heroes  and without a delay Jean Harerimana Claude, on 54th minute, enthralled fans and rekindled their hope of victory. However, it seemed to be enjoyment of few seconds as Heroes won their first goal to payback in very few minutes. 

Etoile also restored its fans hope as it obtained a penalty in the last minutes of the match but three goals in the match were not enough to make them progress into first division.
