As Rwanda football confederations are preparing for games in a bid to commemorate Tutsi victims who were killed during the 1994 mass slaughter that blanketed the country, Rwanda Taekondo federation looks to visit Rubavu district.

Nouvelle house, near the Lake Kivu.
The games of selection are
scheduled to started by 8th June 2019, there will be final games for
juniors who will be followed by the seniors on the second day, on Sunday.
Rwanda will be represented by 80 combatants
who will be picked from 15 clubs.
The source said that some combatants
are expected to come from regional countries including Democratic Republic of
Congo, Kenya and Uganda.

place in Rubavu
The schedule of the games shows that men, women and disabled people will participate in the games. Dream Taekondo club, based in Gatenga, Kicukiro, won the title of the federation last year and they claim to defend their respect and walk home with award once again.
