Denis Suarez's agent Felix Gende says his time at Arsenal could be coming to an end after struggling in the Premier League since joining from Barcelona in January.
The Spaniard has made just six appearances for the Gunners all coming as a substitute and football london understands it is highly unlikely the north London side will activate the £18million purchase option they have on their loan agreement with Barca.
His agent Felix Gende told Neapolitan station: "He has two years left at Barcelona. This year in England hasn't been his best.
"He has played little and hasn't been able to find a rhythm.
"At the moment, he's injured. He has muscle fatigue and an injury.
"We're awaiting the results from the exams. Napoli? The interest is always appreciated, being a team that has been fighting for the top positions for years.
"It's a bit soon to talk about the transfer window, but we aren't excluding anything."
