Congolese musician Alka Mbumba eyes to electrify Kigali on Easter

Congolese Gospel singer Alka Mbumba recognized in East Africa thanks to his songs that include Fanda Nayo confirms his visit to Rwanda and to participate in the Easter celebration concert due on 21st April at Gikondo Expo ground.

Rwandan gospel musician, Patient Bizimana told Inyarwanda.com that he will share stage with Alka to entertain Rwandans. Alka's performance in Rwanda will be following several other gospel concerts featured great African musicians, namely, the South African Solly Mahlangu, the Kenyan Marion Shako and Sinach from Nigeria. 

In a video talk, Alka who says he has gone crazy for Jesus, nods to Patient’s invitation to perform at the Easter celebration concert.The Mbumba promises to cheer up concertgoers.

‘’ My name is Alka Mbumba, a mad for Jesus. I am inviting you to be present in the Easter concert co-starring Patient Bizimana on 21st April 2019 in Kigali from 16:00’’ He invites.  


Patient Bizimana reveals why he invited Alka

In an interview with Inyarwanda.com, Patient admired Alka.."I invited him(Alka Mbumba) because he made a hit song for this season and  has a good testimony in worshiping and we expect to learn a lot of things from him that will take us closer to the throne of God" Patient applauded.

Patient added that  Alka is going to be the first musician from the Democratic republic of Congo to perform in the Easter celebration Eve and that will be a blessing to have him in the concert. Other singers that will grace the concert include; Redemption Voice Group from Burundi, A Rwandan Amahoro hit maker Gaby Irene Kamanzi, Healing Worship Team and Shekinah Worship Team by Eric Masoro. Organizer of the concert, Bizimana is popularly known for gospel songs. To name a few, are Menyeneza, Ubwo buntu, Iyo neza, Ikime cy’ igitondo, Nongeye ndaje  and Ijambo Ryanyuma.
