The singer Mariya told Inyarwanda.com that she blames musicians who in the past used their talents to incite hate spirit of perpetrating Tutsis.
Mariya yohana joined the Ministry of Youth and cooperatives in a reflection of commemorating footballers and musicians dreadfully massacred during the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.
Maria Yohana addressed to a crowd gathered at the remembrance site that she is confident that nowadays artists and young generation are a listening community and that Rwanda's hope is in their hands.
