On the second day of here eye treatment project with the help of Kabgayi Hospital, Miss Iradukunda Elsa was joined by the Governor of Southern Province IGP Gasana Emmanuel accompanied by the mayor of Huye district Angel Sebutege and other leaders.
When the governor of the Southern Province, IGP Gasana Emmanuel arrived at the hospital, he was given a tour around and he was able to see different activities. “These activities need to reach to a lot of people in need. It is a very good activity because it reaches to these people, which improves their lives and it is among things that HE. The president of Rwanda always reminds us. It is our responsibility to ensure that every citizen has a better life’’ he said.
“So when this work comes to the aid of the residents of the district, improves their lives and enables them to develop themselves as well as the country. it is the most interesting thing which I think that all other institutions should be involved in, to reach out to all people who need it."

Apart from different leaders who joined, Miss Iradukunda's parents have come to support her and follow the whole day procedure. This activity continues until the end of the week to the people of Huye district who have eye problems.
