A while ago, INYARWANDA reported that Producer Jay P is about to tie the knot and that he announced a wedding day. Inyarwanda have so far got a piece of news proving that he is getting married to a famous gospel singer in the country.
The source told
INYARWANDA that Jay P is getting married to Alice Mutoni, best known for her
hit dubbed '' Rafiki.'' Known on the stage as Alice Big, the singer is claimed
to walk down the aisle with Jay P very soon.
The producer is
now preparing for the wedding but he seems to be keeping it private. The
wedding ceremony is expected on 19th October 2019. Alice is also said to be an
inspirational artist in Rwanda after the aftermath of genocide against Tutsi
that blanketed the country in 1994.
Real names Jean Paul Gatsinda, Jay P has a big name for making songs of Rwandan famous artists such as Tukabyine, Ubona ko ndinde, Mbwira by Miss Jojo- Igipende, Igikosi by Rafiki- Arasharamye by KGB just to name a few. Those songs among others became popular in Rwanda a decade ago. Unlike Rwandan artists, Jay P also produced songs of foreigners like Ugandan, Jose Chameleone, Tanzanian Ray C and professor Jay.
