SC Kiyovu and FC Marines tie called off after 34 minutes

Match Day 8 tie between SC Kiyovu and Marines Fc which was underway at Mumena stadium was called off after 34 minutes due to heavy rain which caused the water abundance in the pitch.

The clash which was between SC Kiyovu and Rubavu based side (Marines FC) was disturbed by a heavy rain at Mumena turf this evening. Two teams were fighting for three points of the day eventhough the atmosphere changed before the end of 90 minutes.

Competitions Commission will meet in 48 hours to decide the new date when the game will be replayed.The match have been called off with a goalless draw.

Match day 8 have to resume on this Sunday on different pitches such as at Amahoro National Stadium where APR FC will be hosting Huye based Club, Mukura Victory Sport at 3:30 Pm.
