Antoine Hey overlooks international man-squad for CHAN 2018

Cecafa championship is slated to be played in Kenya from 25th November until 6th December this year. the Rwandas national team, Amavubi eyes to make it just in case it moves on to the next phase of the CHAN 2018 but still international players were excluded.

Rwanda’s national team, Amavubi will be asked to put up more effort to better intensify preps for, notably, men squad playing inside the country.

‘’ Should we qualify for Cecafa Final leg to be played in Morocco we can’t wait to summon Amavubi’s men squad who play inside the country to stand ready for bagging the victory,’’ Nzamwita De Gaule told the journalists after Amavubi defeated Ethiopia and agreed that Antoine Hey confirmed it.

He added that the Cecafa will not stop football club championships inside the country as each and every club that is at least represented by 3 players in the national team, their matches will be delayed.

It gives clear picture so far that football clubs that include Rayon Sports, APR and AS Kigali will have their matches postponed until Feb- next year in case Amavubi qualify for the Cecafa Final leg.  Two countries, namely, Libya and Zimbabwe were confirmed that they will attend the Cecafa Final leg as guests.
