TV5 Africa Celebrates 25 years of Anniversary in Style

The Minister of foreign affairs in Rwanda, Louise Mushikiwabo attended TV5 Africa ceremony marking 25 years of anniversary since it came into existence. The event came about yesterday at the Kigali Convention Center.

Affiliated to the French television better known as TV 5 Monde, the TV5 Africa is according to credible research the most watched in the 9 branches operating in 48 English speaking countries.   The event coincided with the launch of an application responsible for emitting news with focus on Africa.

The TV5 Africa station was founded in 1992 but you cannot believe at least 29 millions of people, dwelling on the continent of Africa, watch it a week. There is no doubt that its content focusing on Africa and English subtitles overlaid on French speeches have made this dream come true now. The unique programs of TV5 Monde include; children, that started appearing on African channels last year, and TV5Monde Style, discussing social life, other than producing cinema programs, documentary films, theatres, comedies among others.
