Better times ahead in StarTimes as the technical tribulations settled on

StarTimes,a TV service provider has now settled some of the technical evils that was stretched out on the spot in the past weeks.

It was in the press conference that Hussein Kamanzi, Marketing Director of StarTime in Rwanda mentioned that the current technical problems with startime signals has settled on. He cited that technical harms were caused by the switch-off of analogue transmission as the government moves to implement digital migration across the country and the hasty introduction of GOTV without frequences checkup that debilitated StarTimes signals.

Though the technical problems has been settled in most part of the country, there might be a place where the signals disabled; consequently, StarTimes set free lines to call on and to send on SMS so as to stanch the  difficulties in 24 hours only. The free lines to call are 5033 for MTN users and 0788156600 for TIGO and AIRTEL users. The free lines to send SMS is 5000 for all social networks.

In this press conference, Hussein Kamanzi (MKD) of StarTime in Rwanda took an advantage of announcing the next promotion of StarTime named “ Open Week”. This promotion will enable StarTimes patrons to watch 28 channels for free.
